The City of Montgomery, Alabama is bringing back it’s triathlon for the first time since 2019. The Baptist Health Tri Montgomery, formerly known as the Capital of Dream Triathlon, was a highly anticipated event for a number of years before the pandemic bringing athletes from all over the united states and the world.
The Triathlon begins with competitors jumping off the Harriott II riverboat and swimming the Alabama River, followed by a bike race through Historic parts of Montgomery and ending with a run through the streets of downtown.
